It's sad to say that I almost didn't even workout the first day. But I knew if I dig deep I would feel better about my self. So I did 30 min yoga for abs. It worked like a charm. I am feeling much better about myself!

I sent u a friend request since we have the same weightloss goal. I'm trying to get back to my weight before having my baby. I gained 80 lbs!!! 5'7" 160lbs goal 135lbs.
