Wow that's a huge amount of carbs a day sugars and undereating of calories. I'd be ravenous if I ate what you do. Do you realise the more sugar and processed foods you eat the more your body craves? Do you eat any fresh vegetables?

I wouldn't base that information on one dubious post. I've read many articles about after burn and it only happens with heavy weights. Mfp is notoriously over high for calculating calories done exercising. It's good for food though.
