true... true.. actually BMI can be pretty annoying to follow sometimes... my 2 cents is still, "slightly overweight' means your body can use the stored fat as energy while on a calorie deficit.

I'm sorry.. but everyone who is saying this doesn't work is dead wrong and don't know what they are talking about. It absolutely will work. I don't trust the number on the cardio machines. Too inaccurate to go by it. And to an extent even a heart rate monitor. What I do is take the heart rate monitor cal burned number and subtract about 20% from it. Apparently studies have shown a 15-20 % readings on the high side for these devices. So I work a little harder…

I agree with the OP. I use pb2 with my protein shakes daily. Minus the almond milk for water and it tastes delicious!!! And it always makes me think of Reese's pieces. Calories 158

Great post! I'm new here but I unknowingly did this with everyone. A few days before the start date. Weighed in last Monday at 319 and today I was at 312. 7 pounds down in a week. I'm happy and will certainly keep me motivated.
