you can eat 1300 and drop the weight... if you're going to eat back your cardio calories, might as well stay home and relax... If you are doing some weight lifting and cardio, rest assured that if you go over that "1300" mark you'll be fine because of the added deficit..

it's as simple as this... if you gained 15lb or gained any weight when you are trying to lose weight... You are eating too much. Eat less and boom. Lb's down.

This person and I take the same supplement. I fast for 18 hours worked out on empty this morning.. took a nap. and luckily was able to wake up alive and then eat. TY JESUS
