-

-
no,no,no... i retract my criticism.. Everything on this thread is spot on.. Carry on.... 'cause you seem to have it under control...
-
Yes let me explain the research so everyone can then type 20 more pages of what Johnny so and so told them a few years ago as gospel... Do as you please.

Joy, I read the op link you posted..... That person is a yoYo eater... Of course they will gain weight etc. if they are also not getting proper macros during a vlcd they will feel like that person did. Overall that person didn't seem to know what they were doing.
-
Hey Joy, ty for the link.. I will def take a look into it.. I appreciate you putting it up, there are a lot of threads here that sometimes i miss..
-
shhhhhhhh.. but it doesn't say that in Cosmo, Allure, O, Men's Fitness, GQ... SHHHHH with math and science.
-
50 year old savant has spoken.. Close this thread.
-
12 small meals should be the answer. 6 is ridiculous.
-
nope, i'll let you continue to preach your gospel.. It's not the worst information i've seen on here. Did anyone also recommend to the OP to eat 10 small meals a day too? lol
-
a lot of bad information in this thread.. like most "don't eat less than what MFP tells you" posts tend to go... hilarious
-
Best post on this site!!!! Well said!
-
I sort of skipped around to the end.. because most of the posts are the same blah blah blah story about starvation mode.. hold on.. starvation mode.. LOL. I'll pause a moment if someone needs to grab a bite to eat so their lean muscle is not harvested as fuel... Amazing how so many people drink the kool-aid.. But whatever,…

thanks for the info... i didn't get a chance to go thru it, but i will read it a little later.. I enjoy reading these.. Thanks again for getting some info.
-
good post above ^^^^.. but there is still a good chunk of bad information there.. But do what you want... and Cat lady, data that backs anything you are saying.. not a difficult concept. Don't maximize use your fat storage as energy, good play.
-
im still waiting for anyone to actually post some scientific data....
-
lol... It's really interesting to see all the people who think their way is the only way because Cosmo, or Men's Fitness said so.. Limit your calories, lose fat... No one said to eat 100 calories (or less than the magical 1200) for the rest of your life, it's the game-plan to lose the fat that you have now.. And anyone who…
-
Um....Yeah.. ok.
-
I'd love to read the medical research on that.. can you give me your sources?
-
im curious.. do most people on here think that if you don't consume "1200" calories for your vital organs to survive, you will cease to exist? Correct me if I'm wrong, but i think.... i think the body knows a magical trick of converting fat storage into energy?
-
it is ok to eat less than 1200 calories a day.. I believe your view on this is very myopic... Everyone is different, everyone has different goals etc.. Saying you can't do this or that is a bit silly... The whole your metabolism slows down is a nice exaggeration that everyone LOVES to throw around. Will your metabolism…

Cat lady sAid never go under this magical 1200 calorie number.must be accurate data
-
... ...
-
My apologies... Just saying that eating less does not make you anorexic like the cat avatar lady said.
-
im hungry now.
-
What's math and logic? My second cousin said not to eat less than 1200 calories, therefor that is FACT... Silly math and logic in your fantastic post!!!!
-
I'll put up the white flag.. I give up.... you win... i really hope you don't post this gospel in too many threads lol.
-
Yes, damage yourself with weight loss and fat loss.. such a bad outcome :( :(
-
^^^ wow...^^^ i'll bite my tongue ^^^. If anyone here was anorexic they probably wouldn't be logging in their soy milk and turkey sandwich on MFP.. How much body fat is on someone who is anorexic? Are you comparing people with 30 percent body fat with someone who is anorexic? ok.. There are people who have posted on this…
