I have lost 60 pounds and within the last 2 days I noticed that my shoes are slipping off my heal when I walk. I was thinking about posing the same question today, so I was glad to see you asked the question and see other peoples answers.

I have PCOS as well. My husband is running circles around me in weight loss and it's so frustrating to be lagging behind the way I am, but eventually I know I'll be where I need to be.

This is something you're going to have to keep dealing with. My husband started 3 weeks after me and has lost 10 pounds more than me. I've lost 44 while he's at 53. I'm happy for him, but it's a constant sore spot with me. My doctor told me not to get frustrated, but it's hard not to.

I like watching this show just the same kind of thing as The Biggest Loser, but I don't personally have the drive to work out 6 hours every day. Not realistic for me.
