I have to say that it terrible advice about the diet soda! Diet soda causes sugar cravings and hunger pangs!! I cut out the diet soda and dropped 2 kgs (4.4 lbs) in a few weeks with no other changes to my diet. And it doesn't count what you did in 2 days, look at the whole weeks, the month and your future!

Kentucky Fried Chickeeeeeennnnn. But when I go I just go for the chicken, I get two pieces of original recipe drumstick (148 calls) and a thigh (263 calls) for my lunch, so it doesn't fully blow my day!
