I have used the zucchini as spaghetti noodles before. They are good! Just lightly sautée them with olive oil n whatever seasoning you want. I used garlic and Italian .

I've been having surgeries on my knees and feet since I was a couple of months old. I have already had to have a knee replacement. I am constantly trying to find that balance between helping my body and hurting my body!

I have had my fitbit flex for almost a month now. I am loving it! It pushes me to meet goals every day. As a competitive person I know I WILL meet them all.

I walk several miles each day, and you are right, the type of surface makes a huge difference! Most of the time is on a treadmill, but I try to find paved paths as well.

Lol! I've never tried the "dog peeing" step before! Sounds like it would be great for the hips!

Thanks for the tip. I have tried Yoga in the past, that simply didn't work with my ROM, so I'll give this one a shot!

My arms! I already have little arms. Why, oh, why can't it be my thighs, hips, and stomach?!

Thank goodness! I just got started on a diet and exercise routine, and I've worked hard all week, so it was very disappointing to step up on the scale this morning and see it was a little higher than last week when I started!
