If you feel more motivated in the morning to work out then maybe you could wake up earlier and work out before starting your day so that you can get it out of the way.

Sometimes it takes a couple weeks for me to read a lower number on the scale because of water retention and then magically one day I am down 4 lbs. 1300-1400 calories sounds good to me if you are eating back your exercise calories. Just drink lots of water and keep to your goals and you will lose pounds.

Hey great job on the 68lbs! That's amazing! Okay, I have not hit really a plateau yet, but this is some advice I have read on the subject: -If you are working out similarly every day, maybe try to change it up to keep your body guessing -Weight lifting can help in losing inches and can help lose weight -I am not sure how…

Hey it doesn't look like you have very much to lose, 1,100 calories a day and not eating exercise calories back is way too low for your body to function properly. If you ate more your weight loss may be more successful.

The scale can be a liar sometimes. It can fluctuate +/- 5lbs approx. because of factors such as water retention. If you are eating foods with a lot of sodium, your body might be holding water and will make the scale add lbs. Drink more water (about 8 cups a day) and it will eventually go back down. It is usually better to…

Really the minimum you should be eating is 1200, if you go below that you are not eating enough for your body to work properly. Every day my calorie intake fluctuates between 1200-1600 generally. As long as you are eating a deficit of calories every day, you will lose weight.

In all honesty if you are eating all this junk food and you know it's bad for you and you know it will ruin your weight loss goals and your health goals, then you really are not serious enough with yourself about changing your life. You have to be 100% dedicated to changing your lifestyle in order to be successful. Eating…

I see that with some of my friends too. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life is a big commitment and there are people that kind of give up and go back to old habits when the scale stops moving or is moving "too slow." Hopefully they will come back and try again and be successful. Feel free to add me if…

Add me if you would like! I have an open diary and log every day!

Cardio burns calories as well as weight training so both contribute to losing weight. I am sure there may be quite a few people who focus on weight training more than cardio to lose weight because you are also toning and losing inches instead of just pounds. I personally do both on different days to mix things up. I have…

You really can't gain 7lbs of fat in just 2 days (well maybe you could, but that's A LOT of calories). Like the person above me said, you probably ate too much sodium and so get back on track and start eating healthy and your goal calories again. Also, it helps to drink water (I drink about 2 liters a day) and do some hard…

I cannot see your diary, but your daily calories you have set might be too low and you're binging now from too much of a calorie deficit. Maybe try upping your calories more and eating several small, healthy meals in intervals throughout the day so by the evening you aren't so ravenous.

Drink more water! I swear it helps!

Thank you all very much! It's because of other MFP success stories that helped me stay motivated to get this far and to keep going. Thank you for your kind words <3

I always found Skrillex to be my go to when working out, but specifically for running I use podrunner.com mixes that have steady beats. They are all free and range in speed.

I'm 26 and I have about 30lbs to go for my first goal. I am starting to love running now that it is getting a bit easier than it used to. Feel free to add me if you want!

You cannot always depend on a scale to tell you your success. The best idea is to measure your body to see the results because if you are exercising regularly like you are saying, you are probably building muscle while losing fat. Wait a while, before stepping on the scale again and be patient! EDIT: Also, remember that…
