I Love them peeled ,cut into chunks , then sprayed with a olive oil spray, salt and pepper, then I put them on my hot cast iron skillet and roast until browned at 400* I will eat leftovers cold in my salad. After having them this way I will not eat them any other way. They are also great mashed.

bump. We tried the chicken breast , salsa and taco seasoning one yesterday my whole family loved the flavor. I cooked mine all night got up in the morning shredded the chicken put it all in the fridge just to heat up when I got home and the chicken was not dry and really soaked up the flavor. :smile:

I can run longer on the treadmill too. I think mostly it is because on a treadmill your pace is controlled for you ,outside you are running at a faster pace. I have also read you should keep your treadmill at an incline of at least a 1 to mimic the terrain outside.

you can add me. I am 44 mother of 4 grandma of 1. trying to re-lose weight. 1st time it was easy now that I hit 40 I have struggled for 4 years.

I put a partial dropper of chocolate liquid stevia, 1 square of dark chocolate finely chopped , 1 tsp. unsweetened coconut , and 1 tsp. of chopped pecans in mine. It is also good with a packet of stevia ,a bit of finely chopped fresh pineapple, and a little unsweetened coconut.

I have had the armband for two years now. I am a side sleeper and it works fine! It sometimes bothers me in the middle of the night and I will take it off but I sometimes get annoyed with it during the day also.
