Same boat here!! I have been struggling for a while now. If I lose 5 lbs. I wake after 1 day of bad eating and it is right back on and takes two weeks or more to lose again. So I hate seeing those comments when people say one day won't hurt ( they must not be 44 yet ) lol

I didn't think I would be able to work out but made myself go to the gym. When I went in I had a great work out good run and good leg work out !!

Good run today! :smile: So far I am down in weight but we will see come Tuesday the weekend always gets me. I can be down all week and by Monday it will be gone and then the cycle repeats.

@beeps I figured the same thing out this year. I can not eat more to lose either. I eat more I gain more. Still trying to lose what I gained learning that lesson. Leg day today and ran 2 miles. Now time to eat lunch and clean house. I'd rather workout then clean house.Gonna watch hoarders while I clean that always helps ! :laugh:

Great work out today, and awesome dinner. 1/4 cup chopped onion,2 oz. chopped light smoked sausage, 1 cup chopped sweet potato, 1 cup chopped butternut squash ,1/2 cup chopped potato,browned up in a skillet with 1 tsp. olive oil then I added 2 cups of chopped kale, cooked until kale was tender. YUM

So proud Yesterday I did a mile at a 2 incline on my treadmill at the fastest I have gone yet 5.6 mph :happy: 5 .2 had been my fastest so far.

When I quit smoking years ago I had the same problem and every time I would get sick it would turn into bronchitis then it just stopped. My lungs had to get rid of all the junk in them I suppose.

Well I started back doing the shred last night and this morning. Back on a roll. I hate being sick throws me way off. I took a before pic. might post after i complete this but not sure. Did take measurements though real waist 29" , around belly button 33" hips 38.5" biceps 12 "

you can add me. I love running too. I can only do a mile straight so far and that is only most days not all. I would like to be able to do a 5k some day. I am the only person around me that runs that I know of so I would love to glean some information from everyone.

I have a hard time with the push ups too. I can do everything else but the push ups kill me. I have no shoulder strength. I have been running for a while now and the jumping jacks and jump rope mix kills my calves.I don't know why i thought my legs would be able to handle everything, I have always had a weak upper body. I have started the 30 day I am on did day 2 today , not sure if I will be able to do it everyday or not either so far it is ok but we will see. I might have to do rest days also. My question to you all is when you do the program do you stay at the same level the full 30 days or do you progress during the challenge?
