Very true! lost all my weight and trained for a triathlon BEFORE I joined the gym. Did join a local swimming pool though, hard to practise swimming in the bath lol.

Thanks :) I used to eat 3 nuked eggs every morning but was hungry by 1030 and they are so messy to clear up too! with oats/pro/water its just easy, job done and out the door. Scrubbing tupperware boxes at 730am? Too much effort for me haha.

Oats, protein power & water. All in a shaker. Cheap, easy, tasty & quick. Ain't fancy but does the job and fills you up till lunch:)

I'm not trying to lose weight now but had great success previously on Tim Ferris's 'Slow Carb Diet', Quite similar to paleo I believe. Basically no white carbs (pasta/potato/bread/flour). No calorie counting. No dairy. Lots of meat, veg, beans, lentils. Lost about 3 stone over a few months, even though I didn't follow it…
