Did Level 1, Day 3 last night... the jumping jacks nearly killed me (I have knee issues) so I did what I could and jogged in place for some of it. It's getting a little easier and I can actually walk normally today. Looking forward to day 4 tonight!

Started 30DS on 5/13... muscles have been pretty sore (especially legs) but sticking with it! I also have knee issues so I do as many jumping jacks as possible and then just jog in place.

Liz, Have you tried the Metformin XR (extended release)? I was on regular 850 mg and after having my gallbladder out, I couldn't handle it anymore so my dr. changed me over to the 750 XR and it's made a huge difference!!
