No not maintaining. I have my settings set so that I lose 2lbs a week and that is doing it with have the least amount of activity chosen, to which I generally go to the gym almost every day so I burn more cal. then what they figure. As far as sodium I will be within that limit too. That was something that I looked into as…

I am actually looking at having them a little latter if I do. And if I do I will still be under budget. When I planed my day I did not realize I would be so under budget till I started inputting what I ate ....and will be eating for dinner when I am in class tonight

Yes I would say you are on track. and yes I agree it is helpful to see others with PCOS and having success in their journeys

do you have an inversion table. My husband does and it helps with his back issues and flareups. thyroid wise are you getting you labs done often enough? on medication? and also going gluten free really helps

when it comes to sodas, they have lots of sodium and to much of sodium makes you retain weight thus can cause you to stop in your weight loss.

I agree some exercise is no exercise. One reason why besides going to the gym I will do curls while watching tv or us resistance bands. Some individuals have told me its point less but I look at it like this, it takes more cal to use those weights than what it does just sitting and staring at the tv, and well lets face it…

the one pound weight gain could be water. Are you upping your water intake. I would suggest 10 8oz glasses a day or more I was not on it long 2 days, I already have issues with bowels and this just made things worse.

I didn't like it. I was constantly in the bathroom after starting this medication. It did not matter what I ate either. So I didnot stay on it.
-
I had this happen recently. I increased my water and now almost a week latter I have lost all but 1.8 pounds of the gain. I increased my water from 8 glasses of 8 oz each to 10 glasses of 8 oz each. I also watched my sodium intake very closely and lowered that as well

this is what it was in my household, you ate what you were given or went hungry

I can relate with the budget thing. Times are tight for most of us. what about taking him out to do things that are fun but also exercise.... roller skating/blading......wii fit challanges....or wii dance off (if you have a wii).... basically finding something that gets him moving that he likes too. And you are right it is…

question? do you make home cooked meals or processed foods? If you were to do home cooked meals you could alter the cals on those meals. Also does he have any other medical issues, does you or your husband have any medical issues ie thyroid, PCOS, IBS etc? If so switching to gluten free can help with a lot of things and…

never would have thought best buy would have them, I'll have to check their price to see if they are cheaper than amazon, as on amazon it is free shipping for me without taxes
-
no not pointless, if all you have is coffee in the am you are not getting your metabolisim off to a good start. You need more than just that.

your going to put your body into starvation mode with only a shake a day and a dinner. each shakes on their own are 90 cals if made with water. If you make with skim milk 190 cals add that to a dinner and you are talking about less than a 900 cals a day and that is if your dinner is 600cal
-
ok let me understand what you are asking.....are you asking how many calories a day you should have (because MFP changes with your activity levels)? If so are you looking to lose weight, maintain, or gain?
