  • I have lost over 100 pounds thus far....I still have a long ways to go....It has almost been a year since I started and I am down 113lbs
  • Considering I just broke out 2 days ago under my eye and the first sign will be 2 weeks ago this Thursday.....the 4 days till break doesn't jive again have not had contact again with it in over 2 weeks and just because the mayo says it to be true does not mean it can be proven wrong....this happens every time there is a…
  • I have washed many times even sleeping in different bed and bedding yet it still spreads so the information you are posting is not completely correct I am even in a different environment than when I first had contact with it and have been for almost 2 weeks yet it still spreads. Started out on just my one leg than the…
  • main ingredient in these is soy.....soy for me is a no no. Not to mention this is like so many other fad diets out there. Sustainable weight loss comes by a change in mindset along with change in how you view food. (My PCP tells all her patients that this is not a good product to buy, and is just another fad)
  • For me staying on target is an everyday struggle. But it comes with having a change in mindset, and the determination to want to change. In the past I wanted to change but didnot have the determination/motivation to change. This lead me to be at my highest 400lbs. and unable to do a lot of things...things most people take…
  • I have zumba too for the wii but find I don't do it much. I do however go to a zumba class and even go to water zumba every once and a while.....(I enjoy the mix up)....also during the summer months I do a lot of outdoor activities besides doing the gym.....in the winter/fall months I work with a trainer. Each session with…
  • it is not that simple as I still have issues finding pants in the stores that fit me. My hips are 2 to 3 sizes bigger than what my waist is if going by that alone for sizing. It is frustrating....most stores around me go to a 24 and because of my hips I don't fit so going shopping is not really an option unless I do it on…

  • I have lost over 110 pounds but still have over a 100 more to go. It is a touch journey I know but stay strong
  • I get on the scale just about every day when home. I log this into a tracker, but I also do this because of a medical reason. Doctors are trying to get my hormones in check they can cause a lot of issues when not in check including weight. However, prior to this it was once a week
  • I do something similar for hamburger help except I cut the milk in half and add water to make up for the liquid
  • For tacos I get extra lean sirloin.....130 calories for 4 ozs 2% Kraft or Sargent Mexican cheese.......80 calories for 1/4 cup (28 gm) Romaine lettuce..........4-12 calories depending on how many leafs used Low carb shells forgot the brand but the are only 50 calories per shell Needless to say for me 2 tacos are about…
  • 99.99% of my days I am at a calorie deficit so not an issue there. I know there are days where I am better at my food choices than others and I also know that it will take time. It is just so frustrating sometimes. If my hips where in proportion to my waist I could drop about 3/4 pant sizes but at last they are not.
  • ok well if you look at my profile pic you can see the before and current pic. I don't know how to post pics
  • While I do not go to this gym (to far from me) I do use TRX. I find it a great break from traditional style workouts
  • 1000 calories is way to low. Also keep in mind you also need to watch your protein intake. If that is low too than it will hinder you more than help. Protein is what our bodies use to repair and build muscle. my BMR is calculated at 2500 calories. However, I do not eat that amount. I do however eat at least 1200 calories a…
  • I understand how u feel. I feel this way now. I have lost over 100 labs but have yet to be able to fit into smaller pants. However I have noticed I can do more.....I am sure u may feel the same.
  • Personally I would not count it
  • My starting weight in Sept of 2012 was 400 since then I have lost over 100 pounds I weigh myself every day when home....in the summer we do a lot of camping
  • Kim if u r eating 4-6 Oz of protein 3 times a day that is only 12-18oz for the whole day.... that is not enough...your body uses protein to help repair and build muscle and function many other processes. I went through many classes with weight loss doctors and dietitians what I learned is that anything bellow 1200 calories…
  • Oh my goodness trying to type and it got erased how frustrating......in any case thank you everyone......please understand that I know I have come a long ways and am able to do so much more than what I have ever been able to do in the past. It still doesn't remove the feelings of wanting to be able to hit sales at target,…
  • Actually I go to zumba locally for 4.00 a class and I go to that once a week on top of going to the gym almost everyday
  • I was on 1000 mg but my re told me that for pcos it needs to be higher so upped to 2000mg my labs were normal before the change but I did not notice any difference in how I felt till the increase new I feel less hungry
  • Actually I have looked into it, and have learned that generally when it comes to babies, the foster parents usually adopt them. There are a lot of hoops for us to jump through for adoption in our state and county
  • I guess I am going to sound funny compared to some things I have read, but my guilty food pleasure is cereal, like frosted mini wheat or cinnamon toast crunch.
  • By that goal I would need to eat more calories than what I eat in one day
  • As I skim through these post, it amazes me how much people either agree with the op or tell how easy it is to lose weight. However, what works for one person may not work for the next person. With that being said, what one person's idea of fat may be different from the next. Because of this everyone's journey is unique,…
  • I u r in college most colleges have medical centers that have them or the weight room at the gym. My pcp let me use their scale without a few when I was saving money up to get one
  • My biggest fear is regain which is why I am trying to make a life change not a deit
  • Congratulations. I can't wait till I hit that 100 pound and beyond mark.
  • A change in mindset. Meaning a change in how I viewed food, when I ate, how often I ate, and how much. That is the first part. The second part was incorporating exercise. At first I could not do a whole lot, and now I can do more than ever. In fact last month I bought a bike and began riding a bike again, something that I…
