You should be eating more, otherwise your metabolism will die out... You need to fuel the fire to continue fat loss so take you tdee and gradually reduce it by 200 calories each 2-4 weeks and not only will you see better results you will have a load more energy :)

Do stretches, drink lots of water (it will almost literally flush out the pain), have a meal high in protein for muscle recovery and at least 8 hours of sleep
