I quit at the end of WotLK, can't say I've really missed it (other than a few of my old guildies who don't have FB accounts)..LOTRO and Skyrim are doing the job nicely for now.

Yup! I'm a former WoW junkie, ex (for now at least) WAR player, tried Rift, GW, SWTOR . Now hobbiting around on LOTRO and Orc'ing it up on Skyrim

Heylo, I'm a 37 year old female from the UK. I played WoW pretty much obsessively (ok, very much obsessively) for more years than I care to remember. Finally managed to kick the habit about 3 years ago and moved onto the hideously bugged WAR (grrr Mythic!) when it was already dying, but still had much fun and met some…

Wow, fantastic! Well done you! :)

I started with Jillian Michaels today and also logged it as Circuit training, general. I'll be investing in a HRM asap though.

Haha, brill! I remember the old goth two step, only the skinniest, winklepicker-clad guys could really pull that off. Oh, and I really want Vlad's Specimen t-shirt!

Omnomnom! I've just made (and eaten!) some of these, I added a few walnut pieces, raisins and a little cinnamon. Very nice, thanks for posting!

I was diagnosed with PCOS in August 2012, I've lost just over 50lbs since then by controlling portion size and cutting back on bread (white specifically) and potatoes - which sucked in the beginning as I love both of those foods far more than choccy, sweets, cakes etc. I tend to walk a fair bit and use my exercise bike…

This. I'm fat, that's all there is to it.

I second taking a look at theppk.com, there are some amazing recipes on there..but I do find that I have to reduce the amount of sugar in some of the sweet dishes. It's entirely possible to be overweight and vegetarian/vegan..I'm a lifelong veggie and have been overweight for the last 12 years, I also raised a perfectly…

I'm in Birmingham, I'm not quite at the running stage yet, I do lots of walking though. I'm really close to the city centre & there's nowhere particularly scenic or free of pedestrians (or roads for that matter) that I'd dare run.

I'd go for 3 months or so between periods, everything seems back to normal now ( 30 days) since having dropped the first 28lbs.

21st December, on the train on the way home from a Christmas shopping trip to Stratford-upon-Avon.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in August 2012. I've lost 48lbs so far since then (with the help of a wonderful dietician and therapist) by cutting out certain foods, controlling portion size and examining why I was overeating in the first place..progress is fairly slow but I'm not finding it difficult at all. I feel tons better…

Just tried this minus the honey (for me, it was plenty sweet enough without) Very yummy and sooo filling! Thanks!

I'm another nutritional yeast fan, that and a very small amount of olive oil make salads even yummier :)
