I'm currently at 250lbs with a goal of awesome. Unfortunately once i get to 'pretty damn good' something happens and a few months later in back where i started. Currently back into the running and weight training.

I tried running a few times this winter... and while I was able to stay warm (to a point) it was breathing the frigid air that got me.... I couldn't run more than a mile or so. How do you deal?
