how many calories per cookie?

i am under my 1200 calories 98% of the time and I have been dieting for about 12 weeks and working out an hour a day 2-3 times per week; ; two of those 12 weeks I have not lost any weight and it may be a 3rd time this week. But, the positive is that I have not gained. :flowerforyou:

I've been on the pill for about 11 years and am still on it. I gained weight over the years because I had a crappy boyfriend and low self-esteem. I started dieting about 7 weeks ago and have lost 12 pounds so far. I've been eating better and exercising. :happy:

so far so good for me....although if I do get a craving for McDon's, I will get the grilled chicken or fish fillet sandwhich (which will usually be my big meal for the day) and maybe eat a half portion of small fry. That usually does the trick and then I am happy :smile:

once per week is what I do. Usually Sundays or Mondays. I don't like to see it every day because if I gain weight (possibly from being bloated) I get down on myself even though I know it's only one day.

I can relate. I am 40 yrs old, 5'3" and before I decided to go on a diet 3 weeks ago, I was at my heaviest weight EVER at 227 lbs.
