Like last month my goal is to not quite half way through the month....complete the 30 day LS workout plan and 60 months at least.

Completed my goal of not giving up this month! Had a bread when we were without power earlier in the month but got right back with it when it came back up. Total miles in Feb was 104 best I have done in a long time.

As of 22 Feb I am sitting at 66 Miles for the month of Feb....a few set backs with power failures this month but still doing better than I normally do. Was looking at my miles and I think if I stay strong I can make 100 Miles this month. Started her newest video series and they seem really fun. Fingers crossed.

I completed the first week of Dec. My goal was 12 miles for the whole week. I actually walked 21 miles - Walk Slim 4 Fast miles completed 5 - 1 Mile Jog completed once.

My goal is 48 Miles for the month of Dec. The hope is for 12 miles a week....If all goes as planned I will go over that but 48 is the goal!

I like Leslie Sansone walking dvd's....low impact and I always have a high calorie burn.

Salad's from restaurants....thought I was being good then realized not so much. Rather have yummier foods if I am going to eat that amount of calories and sodium. Sodium is huge for me since I seem to retain it all.

I add the workout as a new workout and then use my HRM for my calorie burns.

I also feel it is easier to stay on the same schedule as someone to keep me motivated. I love most of JM workouts. I have completed the 30DS multiple of times. :0) So the first it is......ready to get this started.

Best: Neighbor told me recently after I had lost 40 pounds that she thought someone new had moved in...I looked so fabulous and fit she did not recognize me at first....she congratulated me on my weightloss. Worst: Was told that I looked worse now that I was loosing weight and I should stop.

Day 2 Fire 40 only completed 32 minutes of the 42....was sore already and had a hard time keeping up....fast tempo. Good though. Better next time

Alright completed day Week one day 1....went well..Burned 323 calories on it today. Seems high but all my workouts were high...will keep on eye on the heart rate monitor. See you all tomorrow.
