  • I found a great schedule to learn how to jog online at Womens Health. I started it on Thursday! Starts out very slow....I was never interested in jogging but needed to try to change up my activity. It's been a good challenge to take this on.
  • I do! I use 1/2cup of oatmeal, either a small banana or a cup of berries with cinnamon and a tablespoon of flaxseed or psyllium husk.
  • I like to have 2 slices of oven roasted turkey with 2 slices of Arnolds sandwich thins (100 calories for both slices) and load it with lettuce, tomato and a spicy mustard. Make a big salad. Also, I have a yogurt around 10-10:30 so I'm not starving by lunch. Hope this helps.
  • I think 1500 calories is better for you especially if you can eat 6 times a day...eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack in between each meal. This may help you with your temptations for office lunches or snacks during the holidays. Stay focused on your goal and remember nothing tastes as good as thinner feels!
