Be sure to remember that forgetting about the calories and just eating is probably how everyone in this boat got here. I know it is for me.

1/3 of a cup is about 5.3 tablespoons. To me that seems like alot of creamer for 2 or 3 cups of coffee. Have you ever considered cutting it back to 2.5 to 3 tablespoons? That alone would remove many calories. Drink it that way for a while then cut back to 1.5 tablespoons, and so on.

I saw some cashew butter in a health food store a while back and always wondered what that would taste like. I imagine that they are all pretty good.

I cut grass and weedeated today, about 45 minutes each. I counted it because my activity is set to sedentary and if I wasn't cutting grass, I would have been watching TV or something inside the house instead.

So what happens at the end of the 6 weeks? Go back to eating the same crap as before the 6WBM? You'll be in the same boat that you were in before the 6WBM. Just adjust what you're eating and your portion size permanently and skip the diet totally. Don't think of it or call it a diet, its a meal modification plan.

I would imagine it is pretty tough to pick up 200 calories that have no protein, sugar, fat and salt. What is left? Air?

Measure and log everything you eat. It will become apparent in no time what your problem areas are. A big area of mine was portion size, I knew that it was. What I didn't know was how much of a problem it was until I started weighing and measuring out my portions.

The key for me was to see exactly what I was eating and the portion sizes. I bought a food scale and weigh just about anything but lettuce. My wife thinks that I'm crazy but can't dispute the results. Logging calories does get easier and habit forming. Its probably better if you do make it a habit. Once you realize how…
