I don't see a reason why would you eat them if you are already full! Sometimes I feel lucky that I have some left to spare and sometimes I full and again lucky because it means i'm going to loose weight ( or i just tell myself that). I'd recommend paying for some fitness class..i.e, kickboxing or similar because it always works for me... If I paid (and money is tight currently) I'll make sure to do everything to put it in a good use! good luck!

I agree! It's a great motivator for me! when I see "black on white" how much calories I already ate it helps me control myself and not to have a snack or something else... also, when I see how many calories I spent during excercising makes me so happy and keeps me going. I'm really glad I discovered MFP :smile:
