  • I read that she lost around 50 lbs in few months ... I don't know if it's true or whatever but she looks amazing... however I think if we "not celebrity" people could have personal trainer on a daily basis it would not be so hard to drop few sizes in few months :-)! but anyway, I love her and she looks really amazing!

  • I would enter it as walking under the exercises and choose a pace... 2.0, 3.0. or 3.5. or faster if you thin you walk faster than that. I don't think 600 cal is too much ... but it also depends on your weight ... when i walk 45 min on high incline or on 3.5 speed i loose around 650-700 cal.

I lost 10 lbs in a bit more over one month,.. but now it's been almost 3 months and all I lost is 2 lbs ... but I hope that the pounds will shred all at once .. at least 5 lbs together like the last time... if you are eating right and exercising ...it has to come off...maybe it just takes a bit more time! good luck!
  • well for me is one of the days when I feel like I have a hungry animal in my stomach... no matter what I feed her it keeps asking for more :-)... somehow I managed to control myself today and I just hope tomorrow the animal will be gone :-)! I get few days like this every month!
  • hi ... not sure about curry in the restaurant but I love a homemade egg curry ...when in restaurants I almost always have matter paneer , just love it...try that, that is if you like green peas ... :) good luck and enjoy your dinner!
  • hmmm..,not so sure.. according to this i should eat 1200 cal to loose 0.7 pounds per week, and MFP says to eat 1600 and loose 1.5 pounds per week? confused
  • I've heard that you should wait for at least an hour before exercising but also it depends on what and how much you ate... some say you should have something small before workout so your energy level is up and it helps burning calories...

  • I like the emerald cocoa roasted almonds and Nabisco mini yogurt covered pretzels, and just bought but didn't try orville smart popcorn with 100 cal bags .. so I think it;s good ... the only thing is that sometimes when i'm hungry i end up eating 2 packs instead of one, but still I think that's better than what I did…
  • i actually like Tilapia and wouldn't agree it tastes like dirt... maybe it depends how you make it... i like mine with coated with a bit of red chili powder mixed with regular flower pen fried on a bit of olive oil ... if you like garlic it goes well with it too!

  • Hey! I think that you just need to build some stamina ... f.e. when i started working on elliptical machine i couldn't do it more than 5 mins.. now I can go for more than an hour... maybe you need to start slow and than pick up the pace?

  • Hi, Just be patient! I didn't see any progress in couple of weeks or more and then all of a sudden I started loosing weight and in last 10 days lost around 8 lbs... It surprised me so much that I was even doubting the scale! So just be patient and keep exercising and it will come! good luck!

  • Hi, Sometimes I like to coat it lightly with a mix of flower and chili powder ... and I like garlic so sometimes I roast some garlic together with it and put some seasoning on it!

  • I saw a video where some famous fitness trainer (forgot his name) is saying that you should actually eat more because if you don't your body is stashing everything you eat and is not allowing you to spend . it's body;s survival technique. I also read about it many times..
  • I love mini stone ground wheat crackers. 15 of them have only 60 cal... maybe they do taste a bit plane, but with some lite cream cheese might be great, I eat them plane... you get used to to the taste :D
