I hate how people are so quick to call thin people out for being "too skinny" or yelling at them to eat something! The reverse would NEVER happen...if I called people fat and told them to stop shoving crap into there mouths I'd be totally out of line.

I do the same! Every morning works for me =) I also see how my food choices effect me on a day to day basis and that has a huge impact on what I put in my mouth!

I'm 5'5 - CW: 149 GW: 130. Mostly I just want to live a healthy lifestyle and feel good about the way I look. Who knows when that'll happen but for now 130 sounds like a good goal ;)

Awesome! I'm sure it's more than just regular yoga. Were you doing "Bikram Yoga" or another style?

Eat clean! It helps - try to only eat complex carbs 1 serv = 1/4 cup( oatmeal, rice, sweet potato ), if you eat meat make sure it's lean and white ( fish, chicken, turkey, egg whites). For dairy - Greek yogurt & cottage cheese. Eat veggies with every meal and snack only of fruits (no fruit in the evening) and veggies.…
