I eat half of my exercise calories back. I feel that MFP overestimates some of the burn. I've been successful with that. Unless you just add 'quick calories' mfp will adjust all that other stuff accordingly.

In total agreement. I said something similar the other day. They don't have to have a perfect body. However, I feel they should look pretty good. "If you take my class, you could look like me."
