  • I take Isolate Whey Protien. Which I have read about and is supposed to be the best. But other protein drinks will work I just prefer this one. Good luck We are here to help get you on your way.. :-)
  • I have been walking for about 3 years now. I also do walk/run races for charity. the weight has come off but slowly. I do workout at our Rec. Ctr about 4-5 days a week.
