  • I'm about 2 years post op and had got far down as 193 now I'm 225ish. I've started to do a strength training program to increase muscle mass, but so far hasn't reflected on the scale much. Do not want to go back over the 300's like I was when I started this journey.
  • I'm in the process of trying to get gastric sleeve surgery. Next week I have to do the endoscopy to rule out hiatal hernia and then have my pysch evaluation in the afternoon. Least don't have to do the 3 month or 6 month supervised diet. Hopefully will have my surgery in July.
  • I tried the Brian's Chicken Enchilada, was really good too...again, was full for quite a few hours. I bought the medium size because I couldn't find the smaller ones. I will have to check when I am at the HEB plus store where they have a larger variety. They kept me fuller than the Smart Ones or Lean Cuisines for sure.
  • Well I did buy a couple of things, the chicken enchilada, breakfast taco, and picnic time snacks. I have to agree that making some ot these myself will be cheaper. The tacos I had for breakfast this morning at 6 am and suprised how long it's been before I began to be hungry again. Thanks for your all of your feedback :)
  • May need to see your doc and have some labwork to be on the safe side...could be anemia, thyroid, etc. Hope this helps!!
