I always try to calm down and start a new day as if the binge hasn´t happened. Start the morning with your usual breakfast, don´t skip it even if you´re not hungry and still feel not so great after the binge. The same with other meals and exercise. Yuck, this thing shouldn´t exist!. I would never touch them in normal situation, but for some super-weird reason they are my most typical binge food, that makes me hate them even twice as much. Vile.

Me. I don´t have weight to lose, I´m at around my healthy minimum at the moment. I want to get more balanced, eat more varied diet, overcome my aversion to hot meals and learn to cook some easy, light and yummy things, feel more comfortable about food.

I would give myself a day or two off. If you feel like running, fine. If you don´t, try to go for a walk instead (this works the best for me). If you want to sleep, do it. Good luck! I was in a similar situation before/after yeaterday evening´s dance rehearsal, but fortunately it wasn´t so much tempting to me, since I was already after dinner and quite safely set in the "finished eating today" mode. I managed to walk around without anyone offering it to me twice :-)

Results of the recent presidential elections in my country. Regardless of education, politic views etc, this man is extremely rude and vulgar and isn´t competent to represent the state decently. Everyone knows it, but... who cares about manners anyway, right?

Everyone´s free choice, no need to feel sorry for anyone. If 1200 or 1400 doesn´t work for you, don´t do that. Simple. For some 1200 is not enough, for some over 2000 is way too much. Do what´s best for you, but please mind your own plate and leave everyone else to do what they feel is best for them.

GREAT 60min freestyle today! Just 6 of us on the ice. Me too! I have an almost non-existent perception of thirst and I struggle to drink enough. I mainly dring tea and (I know it´s bad, but...) diet coke and coffee. For water, try to add a bit of lemon juice. Or a slice of orange. I also sometimes add a few leaves of mint in the bottled water I carry with me to work or dance…

Last Saturday: TERRIBLY cold, coaches tryied to convice me to wear their spare jacket, lol. Not even half of the usual number of people on ice, yay.
