Size 10, or less!

Definitely size! I hardly care about how much I weigh. I'd like to be under 160, but I'm not sure when that will happen. Ideally I'd like to be a size 10 or less.

4 - 5 pounds my first week of actually watching my calories and getting some exercise in. My weight loss has been pretty consistent as long as I get some exercise in and don't overeat.

I will admit, I HAVE bought a few shirts that were too small for me. In my defense, I have a larger bust, but it fit my stomach just right. After wearing the shirt once or twice, then washing it, it always fits me perfectly. See, I have a reason, right!? And it's not like it's just terribly tiny on me. It's a little tight…

A thriving social life. Early this summer, a carnival came to town. My friends and I went. I rode most everything no problem until I got to "the best ride there." I waited in line, and when I got on the ride and sat next to my friend, they couldn't secure the over the shoulder bar. It was so embarrassing. They had to move…

I've got a question for everyone! Are you rewarding yourself as you lose weight? If so, what are your rewards? At the risk of sounding self-promotional, please check out my blog entry. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/mmiiaa/view/motivation-reward-systems-feedback-please-143074 I'd really appreciate some feedback.

My Personal Challenge: Drink 10 Glasses of Water Per Day! Lately, I've been slacking on my water hardcore. I've noticed a difference in my eating - I'm eating more, to fill the void that probably isn't there. Water makes me feel full. 2 Cups with every meal. My Personal Weapon: My biggest motivator is my own body. I want…

I'm so sorry everyone! I've been not so active recently, and had completely forgotten about challenges. I can't remember quite what last weeks was, but I remember fulfilling it. Ahh, I see this weeks challenge is a running / walking challenge. Luckily for me, I walk just about everyday. Now that I know, I'll try to get…

Oh snaps, new thread. HAI.

Alright, you guys! I'm going to try to be active in these forums. Good luck to everyone :D

Hello! I'm Mia, and I am most certainly still alive out here. Perhaps a new captain will mean a less quiet board? Or maybe not. As for this week, I did very well. My only downfall was sodium one day. I even completed my mini goal of getting some walking in each day.
-
Thanks for the challenge again this week! :) As for the previous challenge, I did well. I went over my sodium one day, but other than that, all was well. I also completed my mini goal of drinking 8 glasses of water a day and getting some walking in every day. This week, it's on. Also, we need new captains for team Ranged…
-
I do believe I've been good everyday but one. I was over my sodium one day.

THIS. While I do think she could have done more, who are you to tell her so? Any exercise is better than no exercise. At least she was doing something. Everyone starts at their own pace. She'll eventually see that she has to work harder.

GAH! I'd forgotten about posting in the forums here. I've lost 8.6 pounds since this started, and while it's a few pounds short of my goal to lose 25 pounds, I'm still proud to have lost something. I wish everyone the best of luck in tomorrows weigh in. :D

This weeks challenge starts today, right? I'm looking forward to it.
-
I'm loving this challenge! This outta motivate me to stop eating crap.

We are very quiet! Monday: 4 miles. Tuesday: 2.5 miles. Wednesday: 1 mile. Thursday: 2 miles Friday: 3.5 miles Saturday: 2 miles Sunday: 3 miles 16 miles in 7 days = 2,3 miles / day. If it were in only 4 days, it would be 4 miles a day. I'd say I definitely completed this challenge, 3 of the days, I was at 3 miles or more,…
-
So... I essentially completed this weeks challenge. Not quite the way I wanted to do it, but it's technically completed. Monday: 4 miles. Tuesday: 2.5 miles. Wednesday: 1 mile. Thursday: 2 miles Friday: 3.5 miles Saturday: 2 miles 13 miles in 6 days = 2,2 miles / day ... BUT, if it was 4 days, it would be 3.25 miles a day?…

How tall are you? Height is a very important factor. I'm 5'6" My starting weight was 280, and I wore a size 20/22. My current weight is 245, and I feel like I should be able to fit into a 16, but I'm an 18.
-
I completely ignore the numbers on the machine. They're just too high sometimes. Unfortunately, I don't have a heart rate monitor, but if you have one, I suggest you use it. It'll tell you. I believe the elliptical will burn more calories because there's more dynamic movement. Legs get a full range of motion and you're…

When I started at 280, I was a size 20-22 pant (though I could still fit into my very old 18's because they were VERY old), and now, 30 pounds lighter, I wear 16/18/20. I don't own any 16's yet, but I'm very very close.

Alrighty! My weapon will be the Double Crescent Blade (like Talim from Soul Calibur, or Rikku from Final Fantasy) with the goal of drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day (and actually logging every day). So far this week, I've gotten some walking in: Monday: 4 miles. Tuesday: 2.5 miles. Wednesday: .... err... 1 mile.…

I'm sure it would be true for me if everyday were like today, however it's not. Also, it could have a lot to do with (not just your body, but) calorie and exercise miscalculations.
