  • I see... so, I can choose any weapon and make the goal whatever I want?
  • Hey everyone! Thanks for the welcome. I'm very excited for this weeks challenge. And of course, as any good noob does, I have a few noob questions. What are the weapons? How do I choose one / how do I know what it means? And, could I possibly mix options A and B? My back is going to kill me if I don't.
  • Hello everyone! My name's Mia. :) I was just messaged by ACowboyKid today about there being an opening in Team Ranged, and I was all over that. So here I am. I'm so ready for this.
  • Yay! Finally off the waiting list. :) You're looking at the newest member of Team Ranged, and I am ready to kick some serious butt. ... I'm way too excited about this challenge.
  • Oh gosh, I hear you. I welcome the reduction, but the excess boob skin and overall droopage does not appeal. I guess you take what you can get. I don't expect to lose all this weight and not have excess skin, so I can't expect to reduce my breasts naturally and have them suddenly become perky and perfect. They're not even…
  • I bet it was great! They're so heavy. I just know I'd feel better with smaller ones. My back has been killing me lately, and I take trucks and do stock as a job so... it seriously sucks. I'm probably wearing the wrong size bra myself, but I haven't gotten sized again to see. Do you notice a difference in the way you feel…
  • Congrats on your weight loss! I'm sure that was a huge weight off your chest .... ohh, bad pun. I apologize. lol
  • That does help. I wish I remembered my cup size when I was smaller, but I was always a bit large for my age. I remember in middle school, I was somewhere around a DDD, and obviously smaller. Thank you, though! :) I'd love to be a C or D.
  • My minimum is 155, goal being 130 - 140.
  • As I am right now, I need to count. I'm pretty terrible with portion sizes, I hate cooking, and I eat out more than I'd like. When my eating habits change for the healthier, I think I could do this. Kudos to you!
  • 1. On very active days, I try not to eat over 1800 calories. On lazy days, 1400. 2. *shrugs* 3. I started at 280lbs, wanting to weigh 140 so I had 140 to lose.. 4. Depends on the day. I go to the gym twice a week, and I stay for about 2 - 3 hours. I do walk to work though, and take frequent walks at night... not so much…
  • Bumping for later. Thanks! :)
  • WOW! Great job! That's about 3 pounds a week. (: Mind if I add you? I'd love to see your diary. 10 pounds a month is really great! Congratulations on your loss. I think a HRM would really help me. Any recommendations? I just log what MFP has for the exercise, and try not to eat many of the exercise calories back because…
  • I calculated what a 10% loss would have been from my starting weight, and I've actually already reached it! Thanks for the advice. (: I feel so proud of myself. Haha. WOW! Nice job! How'd you do it?
  • Great job!!!
  • Congratulations on your loss!! That's about 2 pounds a week then? HOLY CRAP! C25K!? I'd love to complete that, but I think that will take a bit of time. I can't wait until I don't feel so out of shape. For the longest time, I was just trying to stay under 1400 calories... but I should have known better since I wasn't…
  • Wow, you did really well. That's a loss of a little over 2 pounds a week, but awesome nonetheless. I'm sure you'll be able to get back there soon. So... how exactly does Weight Watchers work? I know there are points instead of calories, but... I don't quite get it. It seems more like a healthier lifestyle kind of thing…
  • Congratulations! I haven't been fitted since I started dieting, but I hope they're smaller. My bras aren't fitting the way they used to, so I know something's different.
  • Congratulations! I was thinking about joining a class of some sort so that I would be FORCED to work out. I'm thinking I will as soon as I get a car. Join a class, go to the gym any time I can. Right now, I can only go when my mom lets me use her car. I know I could walk, but when I go to the gym, I like to work out until…
  • That's how I always feel!! I try not to eat too many of them back, or none at all if I can help it. I like my calories to be around 1400 a day.
  • I honestly haven't noticed ANYTHING in the mirror. I notice that my clothes / shoes / bras are getting loose, and my mom keeps complimenting me on the weight I've lost, but I don't see anything myself. I think I'll always see myself as the same fat girl until I'm not so fat. I started measuring so I can just keep track.
  • I'm in. My goal is to lose 10 pounds. (:
  • I have so many of these!! CLOTHES. I love dresses, skirts, cosplay, lolita and all things tight. I just can't wait to be able to wear those things with confidence and not feel like everyone's looking at me like I'm that fat girl in a bikini. Aside from that, I want to not be afraid I will break something. I miss roller…

  • I do want a Heart Rate Monitor, however I work a minimum wage job, and I'm trying to save up as much money as possible before starting college so I can enjoy the finer things in life such as feeding myself. But it is on my list. Do you know how many calories you burn doing Zumba? I found a website that gives you an…
  • I'd like to join this.... very late. XD I'll post what I know right now. Trust me, I can get these jumping jacks in no problem. • It's so motivating! I bet it would be right for me if I ate the same everyday, but I'm never really all that close to my calorie goal (minus 200 - 300), so it's always very low. I've never been able to stay motivated and not eat everything in sight for 5 weeks to test it for real, but I'm going to. Yesterday, it said I…
  • Sure, why not? I'll give this a go. I paid $100 for those DVDs, so I better use them. What's your Zumba medium? DVDs? Classes? Game? Any tips for learning the moves, or would you suggest just jumping right into it?
  • I find myself doing this from time to time, even with my exercise. I know my limits. I know what I'm allowed, and I feel so accomplished when I stay within that boundary. As for the exercise, MFP lets everyone know as soon as you log it, so if I said I was going to do Circuit Training for 20 minutes, then I better do…
  • New clothes is definitely my main reward. I've literally got a savings account just for this purpose. Another reward of mine is a tattoo.
