Aww, why is my name not even on the waiting list again? I commented the thread and messaged her. D: I really wanted to do this challenge!
-
I really hope we can start a third team! It definitely seems like there's enough demand for one. (:
-
Sure, I wanna lose my tummy and back fat, but what I'm most excited for is SMALLER BOOBS. Seriously, my back and shoulders can't take much more of this. Also, I really want to be able to wear those cute bras.
-
ME TOO. ]: It's alright, we'll just be on the waiting list together. I'm sure other people did the same thing, and we can end up being team 3!
-
I'd love to join this! (: My last weigh in was 248.3. I'd love to be.... 210 by Christmas! :]
-
That's so amazing! You look great. What an inspiration (:
-
That sounds delicious. I think I'd love mango, myself.
-
Thanks for posting this! I think I'll be adding a few of these to my diet for a while and testing this out.
-
I haven't done anything other than MFP and exercise.
-
This is how I was when I first started. Hell, I'm still like that. I know she says not to take breaks, but I have to sometimes. I take my break, 30 seconds tops, and keep on going. It's hard, but no one said losing the weight would be easy.
-
ONEderland would be lovely.
-
I do, and it's not always the good kind either. ):
-
It helps me too. I also log my exercise before I do it on those days when I don't do it right away. People on MFP congratulate me on the burn so I think, well I can't disappoint them, and off to exercise I go.
-
I don't see the point of keeping your diary private. If you're like 1000 calories under, but people can't see and congratulate you anyways, that's not good. If you're somehow barely under by just one calorie because you added 2 minutes of dancing for that second you were acting crazy with your friends and actually ate crap…

It's absolutely not wrong! I do it all the time. I'll see myself in the right light, the right angle. Or I'll see someone else and just imagine myself with that body. It motivates the hell out of me. Congrats on your loss, and good luck with the rest! You can do this.
-
Wow, thanks for posting this!

I went through your diary, and I can tell you exactly why you're going over. You're not exercising! It's very difficult to eat only 1200 calories. MFP expects you to exercise. Also, I'm guessing you have your weight loss set to 2 pounds a week? You should change that. That setting is only really recommended for the obese,…

I am both horrified and disgusted. Why would anyone want to make that of themselves? It's like one day she gave up, and decided that if she couldn't be the skinniest, she would be the fattest. I just... can't comprehend why someone would do this to themselves. And the example she's setting for her daughter... I'm stunned.

I step on the scale every other day or so just because I'm curious, but I only record my weight once a week.
-
My current weight is 248.3, which is a loss of 3.7lbs! :]
-
I'm the same way! I just wanna look good. I think I'm going to start measuring myself along with tracking my weight. I care more about the inches than pounds any day.
-
I love that feature, but I never actually pay attention... I also rarely ever eat the same amount daily. It shows some amazing numbers sometimes though, and it motivates me to try twice as hard tomorrow.
-
Amazing! You look so great. :)
-
HOLY CRAP! You look so good! Great job. :)

I'm not sure how in shape you are, but I'm... not so much. I went to my gym for the first time today and found that doing everything in 10 - 20 minute intervals was good, and walking in between. At the end, I did a bit of strength training before taking my final 20 minute walk. Go ahead and give everything a try. If you…

I've just joined Fitness 19. I think it's great. It'll never cost more than $19 a month, and there's no contract. (:

1. Sometimes. Depends on how many there are. I will only eat up 300 - 500 back. 2. When I'm doing everything right, yes.
-
I think mornings are better because you know how many calories you have left throughout your day, instead of being left with 300 calories to eat right before bed. Also, it's easier to get it over with. The longer I wait, the less I feel like working out. lol

Maybe your meals are too far apart? I'll notice that if I don't eat breakfast or lunch (which happens a lot when I'm working), and I go to eat dinner and a snack, I get SO FULL eating a normal, or slightly larger than normal portion. Whereas on days when I eat my meals regularly and am never starving, I'm like.... I'm not…

YAY! I'm down 2.5 pounds this week. (: I'm so glad.
