The Thumb of Michigan....lots of lake effect snow....WAY TO MUCH!!!!! They are calling for 3-5" tonight and the winds are suppose to pick up. Should make my 40 min. drive into work just peachy.....NOT! I will say the summers here are BEAUTIFUL.

Grrrrrr.......just read your post. I am sunk!! All of this is so true and the truth hurts. I am a 911 dispatcher. Stress up and down all day long. 10 hrs a day. The last 10 yrs have really started to show, but more on my back side....BONUS....My alarm goes off at 02:20 am everyday. I start my shift at 4am. I average 5-6…

Good luck with your 5K run......I ran my first one 3 yrs ago.....and my last one in March 2010. I am alos 5' nothing and shrinking as I get older. I actually gained weight when I started running and working out. I felt and looked my best at 135 pds. So 20 is the magic # :bigsmile:
