I'm in the same boat. I have been at it for about 6-7 weeks now and have lost more inches than weight. My jeans tell the story. I'm good with that ;)

I am so glad you asked this question. I have been on a elliptical for about 7-8 weeks now. I eventually jumped on the TM and found running was harder. BUT.....I can pull a easy 3 miles on the TM now and am thinking of venturing out doors. I feel I will be disappointed if I can't run the 3 miles outside :( :noway:

OMG.....do I know the feeling.....I don't mean to cause a problem BUT you are in control of yourself!! Be strong and don't eat the ****! After a while he will know that you mean buisness and you are not going to eat it.

I soak mine in low sodium chicken or beef broth for more flavor before I cook them. :)

Hi there......I joined the beginning of Dec. I haven't lost much weight but my jeans are fitting so much better and I can feel a diff. in my waitst line. Make sure you take measurements........That is where I am seeing the diff.... Good Luck Annmarie

At work.....again. My Friday is tomorrow :) then two days off. My son has a basketball game tonight. That is all that is on my plate today.

World Table Multi Grain Tortilla Chips......YUM.....Try them for your Nacho's. Dice your own tomato's, onion and fresh cilantro. Fresh squeezed lemon juice for some flavor. And of course the turkey. That's how I would make them. I can't wait for the afternoon games!!!!!!

Working 4a - 2p then Football.......is there any other sport? :) I promised myself I would be on the TM for at least 40 min. while watching. God grant me strength to stay out of the snacks. Football and snacks go hand and hand.

You and I both start work early. I am at work at 4am. You have to eat breakfast. I like to have hard boiled eggs on hand all the time. They are quick and usually a pc. of fruit. You should figure out how to get small snacks in during your work day. Packets of almonds are handy, string cheese, fruit, you can keep this all…

Good Morning.....I am up and at work today. Started at 4am. We have you beat weather wise. It is 1 degree here. Whooo Hooooo ! My family is gone for the weekend. All boys. They left yesterday. So I plan on doing any girly thing I want when I get home and looking forward to it. :)

I found great pants on line at "Lands End" they come in short and they fit great :) I am going to order again but next time in a medium instead of a large......LOL I hope :)

I bought the 30 DS today and did level 1. I too had a knee issue. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I have been running for the last 3 weeks and I'm already up to 3 miles every 2-3 days along with walking and riding my bike. All three of these activities did not make my knee hurt as much as this did. Is it the side to side…

No....you shouldn't stop drinking coffee. The say a 1/2 cup before a work out will give you a little boost. I wouldn't go drinking 5-6 cups a day though. I drink 2 cups in the morning over a 3 hr period. Then I switch to water and de-caf green tea. Around 1pm I have a half a cup and it gives me that little boost so I don't…
