  • You and I both start work early. I am at work at 4am. You have to eat breakfast. I like to have hard boiled eggs on hand all the time. They are quick and usually a pc. of fruit. You should figure out how to get small snacks in during your work day. Packets of almonds are handy, string cheese, fruit, you can keep this all with you. Your going to have to make time for lunch or a snack or two through out your work day. If you don't give your body energy. It will just hold it and store it.
Plan the night before. Failure to plan is planning to fail.
    Good luck

Exactly what she said. If you feel you can't have a solid lunch then try to snack on healthy small choices through out the day to keep your body fed. Also eat a healthy solid breakfast with a dense protein with maybe chicken breast or lean beef to keep you full longer.
  • thank you everyone..
