30 Day Shred

How do I log my calories burned for the 30 day shred. I bought it this afternoon and completed level 1. I was excited to log it......but do not know how?

    I've been putting it in at 226 calories burned (i just added it myself as Level 1 of 30 Day Shred). I got the number 226 from googling a bunch of people's calorie burn during the workout. BUT i have a heart rate monitor so I will use it and let you know how many calories I burned in Level 1 tomorrow. Good luck!

    I log it as circuit training

    sidenote: most people will also log it as circuit training for 20 minutes instead. :bigsmile:

    I too log it as circuit training (20 minutes), because I don't currently have a HRM.

    Just as a follow up, I used my HRM this morning when I did level 1 and I burned 266 calories. I'm 5'9'' and 189lbs.

    It's a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels. You can usually pick the DVD up for about $9 or $10 at Target or WalMart. :)
