You definitely need assistance from a dietitian. ETA: The hospital you were in should have one on staff. I would contact either your primary care physician or a case manager from the hospital and they could probably set you up with one for no cost to you...

What weights is everyone starting with? I'm pretty strong, and I have resistance bands and 10# dumbbells. I was planning to start after Brazilian Butt Lift, but I can't afford the adjustable dumbbells yet. Any ideas?

I've thought the same thing!!!! Maybe its because it does taste like nothing. Kind of like a plain piece of iceberg lettuce. Thank goodness for Italian dressing!

Everything is ok in moderation. Orange juice is concentrated sugar. 1 cup of orange juice has 30 grams of carbohydrates, all of which are sugar.
