  • Burgers. Juicy burgers with cheese and bacon and a fried egg! I use ground turkey and turkey bacon instead now. I use fat free/0 calorie non stick spray for the egg and low fat cheese. I also add sliced red bell peppers to give it extra tasty crunches!

  • I don't think it's truly possible to generalize xlbs lost = x sizes droppped across the board. I went up 3 sizes from gaining 15 pounds. I think it depends more on your height/frame, the way you carry your weight and you original body weight.

  • I know target now has pants and jeans that are for specific shapes! I didn't look at what the other fits are, but I know that any of the target pants/bottoms with a blocky number "4" are for people with small waists and wide hips (hourglass?), so I'm sure one of the numbers is for a pear shape too!

  • I found that exercising is a great way to releive stress. Even if it's a short workout, try to get one in, especially on your really stressful days. You will notice a difference in the way you feel after, even more so if you get a good hard workout in!
