BUMP I was thinking the same thing as I do mostly cardio. Not sure what exactly to do. When I first started at the gym should be a couple of the machines. Just wonder if machines would be enough.

I am not a morning person either, I have my alarm set for 5:30 but I keep hitting the snooze button. I will take some your guys advice and attack the morning issue and make it a routine.

My 1st 5k was 48 min, I did not prepare to the 5K I just went and did one. My current time now is around 32 min, I would like to have it around 30 I would be happy with that time. I try to do a 5K every couple of months. Good Luck

Hi am 31 a single mom of a two, 7 year old girl and 3 year old boy and work full time. I work out about 5 times a week but I just feel that it is not enought I stay at the gym for an hr I dont want to stay longer at the gym due to the kids being in day care at the gym they are already in school all day. I am in the same situtaion couple of weeks ago I was at 186 for the last 2 weeks I have been stuck at 189. I am going to put the scale up and just work hard and change some of my eating habits. I measured myself over the weekend so I will do it again in 30 days.
