  • I have had 3 of these now, and the worst part is the prep. Gatorade works best for me to drown out the taste. With regards to the sedation, it was like I fell asleep and woke up just after. Thankfully it causes you to NOT remember the procedure. ;-) In the long run you'll be happy you did it. good luck.

  • I download pod casts from Pod Runner. They are free, and are categorized by beats per minute which is a great way to keep pace while working out. I believe they range from 130 beats per minute to 180.

  • I use the Muscle Milk Light Powder in my breakfast shake... 1tbl Natural Peanut Butter 1 Banana 1 Scoop Chocolate (or vanilla) MM Light Powder Ice Water Blend it all together and it's amazing. It's about 300 calories but it is a meal for me, usually breakfast or after a workout.
