I record everything. I went over today by over 200 calories... but it keeps me accountable and makes me try harder the next day. It's a goal for me to stay under my daily goal. I don't want to get in the habit of lying to myself.

I have been on daily this past week and plan on being on daily from now on. I love to help motivate others and could use some motivation myself. I look forward to meeting you and helping to keep you motivated.:happy:
