You shouldn't give up. I tend to see eating healthy, working out, and overall feeling better about myself as a tool to self motivate. You might lose weight on the scale, but if you feel good, then use that as a way to keep yourself going. You're feeling bad right now because you've had several days of bad eating. You…

A no carb diet is not sustainable. You can try a low carb diet with the suggestions above. It may prove to be a healthier option for you.

You do need to eat carbs. They are important. You can try low carb diets, but please make sure you are eating carbs.

Congratulations on your success! :D

I drink water/tea or eat a healthy snack like nuts or fruits such as cranberries. You shouldn't get depressed about it. Also, make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet because protein helps keep you feeling fuller for longer.

You might not be eating enough from the looks of it. It seems to me, since you're active, you should set your myfitnesspal differently because you set it up as seditary instead of active. I hope this helps.

You can definitely lose the weight if you eat right, watch your macros, watch your calories, and stick with it.

I am 5'4/5ish and currently weigh 121 lbs.

Congratulations on your success! I know there will be more for you to be proud of!

There are certain circumstances where the surgery is the last resort for some individuals, but I have to agree that this surgery should not be seen as an "easy fix." While it can help one lose weight, it won't change their eating habits or the emotions that go along with them. I'm not a fan of the surgery because I do…

First, congratulations on your weight loss success. You've done a great job so far. I'm not familiar with the diet you are undergoing, but it seems to be working. You can add me if you'd like. :)

You're doing a good job so far. You've lost 5 pounds in three weeks. I feel that you should be eating more though because 1,310 calories seems a bit low for your weight. You should try increasing the calories you are eating. Either way, keep doing what you are doing and eating right. You'll see and feel changes in your…

I applaud you for this! It must feel incredible! Good going!

You should see this as a new beginning rather than starting over. The fact that you've forgiven yourself is a huge step to making your life better in the long term.
-
You might not be able to see it now, but you'll start to see changes if you make the right steps towards it. Even if you don't see the changes, you'll feel them for sure.

Your story is inspiring. I know this is cliche, but keep at it! You can add me if you'd like!

I'm proud that I stuck with my workout routine. I am also a proud new Aunt!

Lol, I like that you have a sense of humor. It will help in the long run in staying positive. If you need support, feel free to add me.

The past is behind you, and the future is yours to take. You should take it a day at a time and use this community as a guide to continue to stay on the right track.

It's nice that you're concerned for others. If there were more people like that, the world would be a better place. Nevertheless, you should probably let it be. She will have to learn through experiences.

I know you're going through a rough time, but just remember that you're strong and you'll get through it. You should see it in a positive aspect rather than a negative one. You're trying to make positive changes to your health. I know it can be stressful at times, but take it a day at a time. You can do it!

I don't think you should compare yourself to your roommate or anyone for that matter. Eventually, it will catch up to him. You should be eating more than you are at the moment from what I read in your post. I am 5'5 and weigh around 125 lbs. I eat around 1500 calories myself. You shouldn't get discouraged because you are…

This is awesome. Congratulations on your success!

First, I want to say Congratulations! I wish you all the luck. As for losing weight, Myfitnesspal has great tools you can use to keep track of your calories. I would suggest eating cleaner like cutting out the junk food, drinking more water, adding more veggies/fruits into your diet, and mainly keeping track of what you…

The key to this would probably be remembering how bad you feel after you binge eat before you do it. I know it's easier said than done, but try to remember all the positive things you did for yourself throughout the day. If you do manage to slip up, don't think of it as the end of the world because tomorrow is always a new…

I prefer running outside too. I also have a treadmill at home which has been wonderful during the winter seasons. I'd do the elliptical too, but I don't have it. I like to work out at home with the free weights I have and outside as much as possible.

You are a champion.

You're an inspiration to your kid!
