I agree with this. You should try adding higher calorie foods into your diet. You should think of it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. You don't want to restrict yourself too much to the point that you are over thinking about it.

If first you don't succeed, try, try again. You should see this as just another positive to add to the other positives that have happened in your life. You found a new job, you have your Master's degree, and once you shed off the weight you want to lose, you'll be living the life. I think you should remember to take it a…

I don't know about binge eating, but if you do get that craving, try to binge on healthy snacks like fruits or salads. Do you have any other stress relievers that can help? If so, try doing those instead of heading for the fridge. You could also write in a journal to remind yourself how bad you feel after binge eating.

I would say the biggest frustration for me is sticking with my exercise plan. I'll be on a roll with working out consistently, and then I suddenly get lazy.

You don't have to give up junk food entirely to lose weight. I like to have a cheat meal once and awhile. The key is moderation. I do think you should use MFP to log in what you eat and count your calories too. The way you will lose weight is gradually which is something you should remember. As for the motivation part,…

I'll be happy to support you on your weight loss journey!

Foremost, my motivation is to see myself beautiful both inside and outside. I want to be proud of the person I am when I look in the mirror. When I workout and eat right, I feel better about myself. I'm working on the confidence part, but overall I know that by living this lifestyle that I am on the right track. I want…

The key to a relationship is communication. You should sit down and talk to him about your feelings about what he said. He may not have noticed that it offended you.

First of all, you should recognize your daily walking as a positive aspect. You may not have lost the weight you desired, but the fact that you are trying is a goal in itself. What you should focus on are the small details. Do you drink water? Have you eliminated the junk food from your diet? Are you eating the right…

You shouldn't give up or get frustrated. If you take it a day at a time, you will succeed again in losing weight. You have an advantage because you recognize what needs to be done in order for you to lose weight. You can totally do it again!

The best way to recover from a binge is not lingering on it and try to stay positive. The following day, after a binge, you should get back on track and try other alternatives like sugar free chocolate pudding or dark chocolate. It's all you can do. You can't change the past.

I am 5'5, and I started at 180 about a year or two ago. When I was in high school and throughout my college years, I weighed around 125 lbs because I played soccer. I was in good shape. I struggled with some depression and gained some weight during my junior year at University. After getting through what bothered me, I…

I don't use my phone often and can go a day without looking at it. If I need to check my facebook, I just use the laptop.

You can definitely make the change. Take it day by day and you'll see the difference! I would say go for it.

We all have our ups and downs. It is normal. I had times where I had a hard time staying motivated too. You have to find something that motivates you. I find that watching sports on t.v helps me stay motivated in keeping fit and eating right. Listening to music, can get your heart pumping too. Once you get into a rhythm of…

You can count on me! If you need a friend, I can help you out. I'm on myfitnesspal everyday so don't be hesitant to talk to me. I'm sure your weight will come off eventually. Until that happens, make sure you love yourself anyway because you deserve to like everyone does.

Well you've come to the right place for support. Let me know if you need anything in order to stay motivated.

You look great! How did you do it? You probably feel really good too. I think it's just as important to feel good on the inside as well as the outside. As long as your confident, that's all that matters.

I just made a turkey wrap with lettuce, weight watchers cheese, ortega whole wheat wrap, some mayo, and of course turkey. The whole turkey wrap was 250 calories. It was very satisfying. You should try it.

I know this isn't a picture of a celebrity, but I want my own body back! I am so motivated to get back to the shape I was in or even better!
