I just made a turkey wrap with lettuce, weight watchers cheese, ortega whole wheat wrap, some mayo, and of course turkey. The whole turkey wrap was 250 calories. It was very satisfying. You should try it.

I just found these delicious wraps called "Flat out - flatbread". They range from 90-110 cals. I put a few slices of lunch meat, mustard, load it up with lettuce & veggies and they're delicious. Also use them for breakfast wraps...scramble up some egg beaters, maybe a slice or 2 of ham, and use the flatout to wrap it and you can warm it up on a skillet for a few minutes if you want. Hope this helps :)

    buffalo chicken all the way!

1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, salt and pepper both sides, cut into strips and pounded out both sides so it's super tender, throw it into a pan with a little water or chicken stock and heat it up until it's totally cooked through

    sauce:
small bunch of cilantro minced up
    tabasco sauce (to taste)
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
    squeeze of lemon

stir the sauce together until well blended and then pour over the chicken in the pan so it all heats up and coats the chicken really well. There shouldn't be a lot of sauce left over, but if there is, you can have some dipping sauce on the side.

throw the chicken in a tortilla, add a little lettuce and diced tomato, roll it up, dip into fat free ranch and eat!

you can use lettuce leaves instead of the tortilla if you want :)
