Finished Week 2 day 2 this morning. I always seems to struggle the second day of the week. Not sure if it has to do with that fact that its a Wednesday LOL

day 1 of week 2.... Found a tad difficult but I slowed my pace a bit and then it was easier. Doesn't help that the first half I get to do slightly down hill and the second half is all done uphill haha I did find time went by a lot fast though.... defiantly feeling it in my legs already. Will be doing a 30 min walk tomorrow…

Did 3.45km in 32 min yesterday. HRM=234cals Runkeeper=194cals and Runnersworld=224cals so not far off.

I only started this week at 63kg. I'm hoping running will help me get rid of the last 3kgs :)

I've been using runkeeper at the same time as c25k to keep track of distance and time. I will use some of the pre set programs on the app afterward to keep up with running I think.

I did Week 1 Day 2 this morning. I felt like I was struggling the first few run sets but the second half felt a lot better. Felt amazing once I was finished though. I ran further today then I did on Day 1 according to my run app so thats a bonus :happy:

I started c25K on Monday so tomorrow will be W1D2 for me. I'm doing the program with my dog who seems to be enjoying it as much as I am. I was surprised how easy Day1 felt. I've never been much of a runner so looking forward to the next few weeks. I don't have any 5k runs planned in the near future. But will look into…

Friday nights is take out night at home. Hubby is one of those lucky ones that doesn't have to watch what he eats so it keeps him happy. normally I make "good" choices when we do fast food. But today the whopper is calling my name. I haven't had one in ages. Had a big mac about 2 months ago....it was good hahaha
