you look AWESOME! im the same height as you and starting out at a little more than your beginning weight ..... i always thought around 170 would be perfect for my height...its awesome to see that it is a goal i definitely want to hit!!!

Hey! you look like pretty much the same frame as me! I was wondering how tall you are? Im down about 30 lbs now and have alot to go but If I can look like you at 79 down it would be super exciting !
