Today the scale was down again, so I don't think I've ruined my progress yet. Just finished Day 5 of Level 3. I might take two rest days this weekend and do some yoga or something instead. I can feel that my knees are tired, so something more gentle might be what I need. I might do Yoga X from P90X which is still super…

I'm breastfeeding my three month old and I'm almost down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 145. I'd like to lose another 10 after that. So far I haven't had any supply issues but if I'm hungry, I eat even if it means going over my goal for the day. The most important thing is that my little guy gets what he needs so I don't…

I'm glad to hear that Level 4 backs off a bit! I find circuit 3 to be a killer. But Day 4 is finished and I did some time on the elliptical today while my husband was out with the baby. I ate like crap again today (frozen yogurt is delicious and dangerous) so hopefully the extra cardio helps balance that out.

I can feel my legs getting stronger. I am SORE from this level! I guess that means it's working! Great results, bgoodsmile. Day 3 is done. I would normally go for a walk, but it is pouring rain here. I might try to get on my elliptical for a bit, but my legs feel a little wobbly

I weigh every morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. I log the weight every day knowing that there will be minor fluctuations up or down. I would get frustrated if my weigh-in day happened to be the day I retained water and showed a high number. For me, weighing daily gives me the most…

Finished Day 2 last night.

Wow that was interesting! Some tough moves in there, but I like that a lot of them are just body weight exercises. Is it just me or did they miss the second set of staggered rows in circuit 1? I'll have to remember to pause and do those tomorrow... How did everyone else find it?

My first is just over 3 months old. I've been walking with him every day and doing workout DVDs to get this weight off. I'm hoping to get into the healthy range and maintain good habits so that when #2 comes along, I don't gain so much again! Feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

Taking today as a second rest day. I walked 10km throughout the day, so I'm going to relax tonight. I managed my goal of staying below 150! Hopefully I keep going down!

Mmm coffee. I used to drink it with milk when I first started drinking it but I've enjoyed it black for the last 8-10 years. Sugar in coffee never tasted right to me

Day 5 is done!

Awesome! easier this time around?

Didn't have internet access yesterday, but I worked out yesterday and today (Days 3 and 4 for me). It's kicking my butt. Can anyone do those crazy pushups from their feet? I tried and fell, so I kept going from my knees. I like how quickly the levels seem to go by though! I feel like I'm making good progress.

That's amazing! Definitely motivating. The scale is moving down slowly but surely for me. I'm hoping to be under 150 lbs consistently by the weekend. I've gone under and back over the past few days. Level 2 Day 2 is done!

Same! The "water" part is misleading! I use diet to make G&Ts at home, but not when I'm out!
-
Beware of gin and tonics! Unless they use diet tonic (which I doubt), they're full of sugar and calories. I usually get some kind of liquor with soda water and a lime if I'm watching calories. Otherwise, I looove me some beer. I know there are some low calorie beers. I've had Sleeman Clear, but I know Michelob Ultra and…

Mmmm chocolate. Fit it in your calories and enjoy!

Was hoping to get day 2 done but my husband worked a double shift today so I was on my own with the baby. He decided to do all his napping while I was doing errands and when my dad was over for dinner so I haven't been able to do it yet. Hopefully he goes to bed in time for me to fit it in, otherwise this may be a rest day…

Day 1 is done. I definitely found it more challenging than Level 1. Those stork pose row things are tough! I was trying to follow Shelley as much as I could, but I couldn't even do one of the crow pushups (I think that's what they were called) so I did those on my knees. I got out the infant carrier for the first time…

Welcome to the group, Kay and Sharon! Good luck with the program. Hopefully we all get awesome results!
-
Finished Level 1! It definitely felt easier each day. Feels good and I'm excited to see what Level 2 is like.
-
Well done! Day 5 done today. I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow about doing a day 6. Happy weekend!

My little guy is three months old today. I've lost almost 40 lbs since I had him. I was 145 lbs when I got pregnant and 193 at my heaviest. I'm hoping to get down to 140. I've been walking and doing Jillian Michaels DVDs, plus I'm breastfeeding. Feel free to add me!

Day 4 down for me! My pushups are improving as well. It's so nice to see progress! Good job :flowerforyou:

Ate a ton of crap yesterday...Usually I'm ok with having a small treat or two during the day so I stocked up. Yesterday I wanted to eat it all! Cookies and ice cream...then we went to my dad's for dinner and I ate a bunch there, too. Plus I didn't get my workout in since we were out late. Today I'm hoping to balance it…
-
I'm far from perfect, too! I find I improve a little each day, though. I'm also logging it as circuit training. Day 3 is done!
-
Awesome! You'll have to help us since you're experienced! Just finished Day 2 and used some heavier weights in circuit 2 now that I know the moves.
-
Woke up this morning with sore quads and hammies! Definitely feeling it today. Love feeling accomplished though :)

I've been walking every day and it definitely helps me stay in a caloric deficit. I use the MapMyWalk app to track and it syncs with MFP automatically.

I just completed Level 1, Day 1. Here's the link to the group I created for anyone who's interested in starting RI30 in the next little while. I found the 30 Day Shred group to be really helpful in keeping me motivated. I had never finished the full 30 days despite starting it a few times in the past, so I'm hoping to have…
