Whoops, forgot my show comments! The white team looked so panicked to go to Vegas! It's nice to know that you can make decent choices while on vacation if you're focused. It's all about being mindful. It makes me want to go back to Vegas though!

We redid our laundry room this week, so I was going up and down the stairs putting all our tools/painting stuff away in the basement during the breaks. Also tried out the new machines! Edit: Clarified

I've dropped cereal for breakfast and swapped it for a fruit and veggie smoothie. I was in the habit for a while but then the Apple Cinnamon Cheerios called me... The smoothie gets a lot of nutrients in, even if I don't get a lot in later in the day!

I was sad to see Mike go! I really liked him. The temptation was brutal. I would have wanted everything! Glad to see so many of them not eat (and one even did burpees!) Next week's challenge looks really good. They won't want to lose that! I got some dishes and laundry done!

I did the 30 Day Shred and then Ripped in 30. I lost about 5 lbs with each program and started seeing a difference about halfway through. I have some of her other DVDs and plan to rotate through them, but might do the Ripped in 30 program again since it worked so well.

Fill up on veggies and salad first then there won't be as much room on your plate for the more calorie dense foods. Don't go back for seconds. Have a small dessert but don't skip it!

To be honest, I don't know what that would burn. I just know that MFP overestimates so I change my own exercise logs to about 2/3 of what it suggests. Wasn't sure where you were getting your numbers so I thought I'd throw that out there. Someone else may be able to shed light on actual numbers.

Agree with this. Are you sure you're burning 600-700 calories per workout? Where does that number come from because MFP's calorie burns are notoriously high which would increase the site's goal for you. The calculation often needs tweaking to get an appropriate calorie goal for your weight loss/maintenance goal.

1/2 cup frozen berries 1/2 cup milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2 celery stalks 1/4 cucumber 1-2 cups spinach Gross colour but the fruit and vanilla flavours outweigh the veggies! I sometimes add Greek yogurt, too.

I've been using Jillian Michaels' DVDs as well. First did the 30 Day Shred and then Ripped in 30. Now that I'm done those programs, I am using Shred It with Weights and Extreme Shed and Shred. They are all interval workouts and you don't need super heavy weights (I have a 5 lb and 10 lb set). I'm seeing great results and…

I weighed in at 145.7 this morning! Even with my terrible days I lost just over seven pounds this month! I'm right around my pre-pregnancy weight so I'm sure the weight will be harder to lose now. I still want to lose another 10 if I can!

I would do moderate since you're running around all day. Try that for a while and reassess after a few weeks to see if it's working for you.

Did 45 mins of Yoga X this morning. I only did the flowing moves. I might do the second half (balance poses) later if I have time. The weather is crummy here so I don't know if I'll get out for my walk. At least it's something!
