Doubtful you are actually gaining muscle by doing light weight lifting. In fact, you are doing a disservice to lifters by under appreciating how much effort goes into building muscle.

This. It seems like he is using you for when it is convenient for him. It wouldn't surprise me if he is two timing you anyway. Honestly OP just don't let someone else hinder your goals. You can be a good girlfriend and not a pushover.

OK, keep doing what you're doing and continue having the same issues, and it's called being a pushover not considerate. Any boyfriend worth his salt should understand that you need to do you when it comes to your nutrition and diet.

It doesn't even sound like you have an issue with food. It sounds like you and your BF work different schedules. Just eat your own meals and let him do the same. Or don't and get the same result you are talking about now.

It's Chili's. Shouldn't be surprising that it is high in calories.

I do it, but that's because I go over my calories by about 4,000 on Fridays and Saturdays. Does the job for me and helps me maintain.

I never wipe down the machines unless I have broken sweat. I had just walked into the gym and was on my first set of the day (lat pulldowns). I'm done and some old lady approaches me "are you going to wipe that down?" I took a shower before I came to the gym and wasn't even close to sweating. Whats the point of wiping it…
