Getting married on March 23rd (EEEK!) and ironing out the details... so much to do, so little time!

I keep sugar free gum and water at my desk to stop myself from eating when I'm not hungry. It helps keep me from mindlessly snacking, and drinking all of that water really helps keep me full and hydrated.

I hope that you are trolling.

Just make up your mind that you aren't going to have any, or stick to a set number of candies. After a couple days, you'll find that you don't even really crave them anymore, it's crazy!

 so gross lol

Roaches? Uhm no I wouldn't go. *shudder*

Hi! I'm 25 and keep my diary open to friends. Add me if you like

I agree with the OP... I don't get the torso and cleavage shots! To each their own, I guess.

I've weighed as little as 100lbs, and I still had big legs and a big booty for my frame. It's genetics! It could be worse! Big thighs or a pot-belly? I'll take the big thighs

bump for later post

soda, yes. Candy, no :noway: Good luck!

Yeah, I love going out to eat, but I hate eating at places without a nutrition menu! I usually end up getting something boring, like a green salad with grilled chicken breast, cheese and dressing on the side. Boring, but at least I can get close to the calories contained for my log.

I never take mine off. I wear gloves while lifting to prevent scratches on the band. I've not had any problems with pinching, but if I did I would probably take it off. My fiance probably won't wear his to the gym when he gets one, and that's ok with me.

Thanks, this is a very helpful observation. I know it'll be difficult, but it must be done!

Hah, no but once I break my resolve and have that third drink, I am much more likely to just keep drinking till it's time to go home. By hammered I don't mean falling down slurring words... I just mean drunk, not buzzed.

Thanks for all of your answers! :) I think I will try the "STICK TO MY PLAN" thing again, but take it seriously this time. Also, I'll drink a heavy beer with a few waters in between. Thanks for that helpful advice :flowerforyou: It shouldn't be a challenge, you are right, but I tend to get caught up in the moment, and when…

I've been corrected on my form twice at the gym. The first time was actually quite helpful. I was trying to do single arm snatches and wasn't pushing from my legs/glutes. I had never watched another person do them, and was relying on pictures from a book. He showed me how to do them, and I will be eternally thankful. The…

Drink water before bed, and a nice eggs and bacon breakfast when you wake up (it's better if someone else cooks it for you  )

I got mine from sports authority. They were like $20 and totally worth it.

Pepperoni Pizza and chocolate cake washed down with a good beer

No. You should lift if you are trying to lose weight to maintain the muscle mass you already have. You won't build muscle on a calorie deficit.
-
That's a long time at the gym! I prefer to keep my workouts under 45 minutes, so I just skip the cardio all together. I get my cardio doing fun things (sports, bedroom, etc  )

It doesn't taste the same  but it is still pretty good! FF greek yogurt and mix some dry ranch mix to taste.
-
I love my Lulu capri yoga pants! You seriously cannot beat the quality! Totally worth the price IMO.

I wouldn't encourage you to lose anymore weight--you are already tiny! Eat enough to maintain and keep on exercising and strength training. You'll see results if you give it some time! :flowerforyou:

That's your opinion, and you are entitled to it. I'm at a healthy weight, but I'd like to lose fat and gain muscle to look and feel better about myself. My motivation is almost purely physical, and I don't think that there's anything wrong with that.

I wouldn't fast the day of. I know it would cause me to binge! I say get some exercise in the day of and just try to be mindful of what you are eating. Banking 100 calories for a couple days wouldn't hurt either.
